The Scottish Executive and local authorities have recognised the value of the work of Victim Support Scotland by making limited funding available. However, securing additional support in cash and in kind is essential to the success of Our Strategy to equip our services to meet victims' needs.
Victim Support Scotland is seeking support and sponsorship in several key areas:
- essential core costs
- volunteer recruitment & training
- age appropriate materials for children
- hosting a European conference
- IT development
- translating information leaflets into community languages
- communication systems
- equipment for local services
- victim Information Leaflets
- local service premises
