Inspire Management 

 

Making the Most of You and Your Team

 

Victim Awareness Training:

 

This course aims to ensure that participants have an understanding of the affects of crime on victims, an understanding of the recovery of victims, knowledge of the ripple effects of crime on families, friends and communities. It also provides information on the availability of victim compensation.

Confidentiality/Data Protection Training

 

This course ensures that people understand the need for Confidentiality and the importance of Data Protection.

 

Diversity Training:

 

This course aims to ensure participants have a real understanding of discrimination, myths and stereotyping.

Working with Children

 

This course ensures participants are aware of the plights of children and the legislation supporting these. It also deals with the needs of children affected by crime, Rape Sexual Assault/Domestic Abuse.  It also looks at the Children’s Hearing System.

 

Working with people Affected by Crime

 

This course ensures participants know the impact of murder on families and communities. It also ensures participants would have the skills and knowledge to support people affected by murder.

 

Working with people affected by Rape, Sexual Assault or Domestic abuse

 

This course includes looking at the needs of victims, effects on children and the effect on families and communities.

The Criminal Justice System

 

This course looks at the role of Police; Procurator Fiscal and Courts from the reporting of a crime to its conclusion.

 

Appraisal Training

 

This course ensures people have an understanding of what an appraisal is, how to get the best from an appraisal and the role of the appraiser/appraisee.

 

Training for Trainers

 

Ensure participants understand how to use various mediums, how to plan assess and evaluate a training event.
