Leanne, Age 12

I was arguing with the girl, then it started to get physical she started to push and shove me, hit me but then I ignored her taunting and walked away she came running up behind me and pulled the back of my hair. She pulled me down to the ground and started kicking my left side. A ‘helper’ in the school pulled her off and then I couldn’t breathe.

I felt sore and hurt, couldn’t breathe and found it hard to get my balance, I felt dizzy.

I talked to Victim Support and the police, family, friends and the nurses at the hospital.

The only thing that made me feel better was the fact that I had my family and friends round me and she had nothing that could hurt me.
