Learning and development team member
Earlier this year we were delighted to welcome Linsay Scullion to the VSS training department. Linsay joined us as our Learning and Development Officer.
You can read Linsay’s introductory blog below.
“I started working at Victim Support Scotland on the 20th of February this year and I am enjoying it immensely.
I’m originally from Helensburgh but I’ve lived in Campbeltown, Paisley, Fort William, Aviemore and I live in Glasgow now.
My last job was as an Operational Trainer with Tesco Bank specialising in home and car insurance. Before that I was a Learning and Development Consultant at o2UK when they launched the Apple iPhone in the UK.
So I come with plenty of training experience but no experience of Victim Support or working in the 3rd sector.
My induction has been a very steep learning curve and I have met so many lovely, helpful people I feel like I’ve been here for years.
I am passionate about personal development and will always support and encourage people to be the best they can be.”
